water sphere: genin: makes a sphere of water surround the user, acting as a shild: can only have this on. If you use another jutsu this one disappears
water drill: chuunin: turns the arm of choice into a water drill
water shield: chuunin: makes shield of water appear on arm of choice(wears off after 3 hits from a jutsu, impervious to taijutsu, not including the 3 lotus moves)
water absorber: jounin: takes water molicules from the air and makes a body of water(size depends on amount absorbed)
water dissaperation: jounin: sinks into body of water and is able to transport anywhere within that body of water
water power-up: jounin: powers up all water based jutsus by 5x
water sync: ANBU: dissaperates body into the water molicules in the air and is able to teleport anywhere
waterfall creation: ANBU: creates the waterfall that guards the village and uses it to attack your opponent(really powerful jutsu, almost a KO, use only in deathmatch or exams)
